Tour to Masada & the Dead Sea
The Coller School of Management invites you to explore the treasures of the Holy Land!
Join us for a fun and exciting tour to Masada and the Dead Sea.
First we will visit the Masada Fortress, perched on the tip of an isolated rock plateau and accessible by cable car. The historic site was the last stronghold of the zealots back in the days of King Herod and boasts breath-taking views and ancient ruins.
The next stop will be the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth which is famous for its mineral and salt filled water.
Important Information:
Tour date: October 15, 2017 (a day before the conference).
Meeting location: David Intercontinental Hotel
Departure and arrival time: 08:00-18:00 (travel time is about two hours each way).
Payment: fees will be collected on the day of the tour.
What to bring: walking shoes, sun screen, hat, water, swimsuit and a towel.
Lunch will be served at the Hod Hotel in the vicinity of the Dead Sea and will include salads, hot soup, three main course options (beef, chicken, and fish), baked potatoes, steamed vegetables, desserts and soft drinks.

*Each person will pay 12.5 shekels more for the Dead Sea mud.
Prices are in USD per person and per bus (VAT included).
Prices include English-speaking guide, transportation, entrance to Masada (including cable car use), lunch, and tips to the guide and the bus driver.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any increase in the local VAT rate will be immediately and automatically passed on to the client.
Payment by credit card is subject to a 3% surcharge.
Participation in the excursion can be cancelled 36 hours before departure; afterwards a 100% cancellation fee applies.
