Dear Recanati Friends and Colleagues,

The Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University is a research institution committed to fostering business leadership and guiding professionals and executives through the intricacies of business life in an age of change and uncertainty.

Mastering Change is a challenge at the best of times and even more so in the post-crisis global economy. We choose to see this challenge as an opportunity for innovation, enterprise, learning and growth. As business educators, we accompany our students through different stages in their professional development, from undergraduate studies through

MBA to PhD and life-learning programs. We seek to provide them with the mindset, analytical tools and conceptual foundations that are required to meet the change and uncertainty of modern business life.

Mastering Change is a way of life at Recanati. We keep updating our curriculum, launching new programs to meet the needs of different professional sectors, and designing new courses to share with our students the insights gained by our scholars. Through our diverse global network we introduce business students and executives from abroad to the secrets of Israeli high-tech, entrepreneurship and innovation, and open up opportunities for our students to learn about the ways business is done and conceived of in different places in the world.

It is a pleasure to guide our students through this learning process: through the excitement of their first strategic campaign for an actual firm, or as they analyze a global case, competing against teams from top schools at our international case competition. It is inspiring to see MBA students of many other countries and cultures coming together in the pursuit of understanding and professional success at our global programs and global seminars.
