The CMC works to complement the business tools Sofaer students acquire through the course of their academic studies. Students are equipped with the required training necessary to best prepare for managing a successful career search in today’s dynamic labor market. The Career Management Series Course covers each stage of the career management process and combines lectures, workshops, small group break-out sessions, and individual training (aka “speed sessions”).

Prof. Jonathan Smilansky
Academic Director
In addition to his role as the Academic Director of the Coller Career Management Center, Jonathan teaches human resource programs throughout the Coller School of Management. He works extensively with senior executives in Israel, the UK and the United States on the development of talent management practices and the assessment of executive capability and potential.
Previously, Jonathan was the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at the Universal Music Group (New York) as well as the Head of International Human Resources at Forte/Meridian Hotels and Resorts (London). Jonathan led the Internal Services Division at Visa International EMEA (London) and was a partner at Hay Management Consultants.

Dr. Zehavit Levitats
Executive Director
Dr. Zehavit Levitats is the Executive Director of the Career Management Center (CMC) as well as one of the founding members of its current iteration. For the past 8 years she has led the CMC's activites as well as the professional training of the career consultants.
Zehavit has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management as well as Career and Management Consulting. Beyond her professional experience, Zehavit is a scholar in the field of organizational behavior. She is a lecturer at the Coller School of Management and a research affiliate at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence at Yale University. She has an academic background in Psychology, Organizational Consulting, and Political Science.

Katie Kushnir-Ventura
Career Consultant
Katie Kushnir-Ventura is a Career Consultant at the Career Management Center, working closely with the Global MBA students. She has over 10 years of experience in Human Resource, Career Consulting and Recruitment, and holds an MBA in Technology and Innovation from the Collar School of Management at Tel Aviv University.
Prior to joining the CMC team, Katie filled HR and recruitment positions in various organizations including startups, non-profit organizations and retail. She additionally managed a private school branch, providing career and academic consulting to pre-undergrad students.

Naama Zipory Abir
Career Consultant
Naama Zipory Abir joined the Career Management Center with 9 years of experience in global recruitment, group assessment and Human Resources.
Prior to joining the CMC, Naama lived in the UK for several years and gained experience in global recruiting. Before that, she worked at eBay in Human Resources where she recruited top talent and guided managers through the recruitment process. In addition, she was a diagnostician at Adam Milo HR & Consulting, where she led diagnostic and screening processes for potential candidates in various industries.
