Career Management Resources & Services

The Career Management Center’s (CMC) mission is to help you build and develop your career management skills through various MBA career resources.  The CMC will guide you through every stage of your job-search process in order to advance your ability to drive the venture called "you."  Resources and services the CMC provides IMBA students in order to achive this goal include: 

  • 1-on-1 career advising
  • On-campus recruiting events
  • Soft-skill workshops (such as interviewing, CV writing, pitching, networking)
  • Panels & guest speakers
  • Company visits
  • Internship program
  • Career postings via the School of Management's exlusive Job Board



Internship Program 
IMBA students have the opportunity to take on an internship for academic credit or as a paid intern.  Opportunities range from startups to multinational companies like Kodak, McCann, NICE Systems and Google. 



1-on-1 Career Advising Sessions
Throughout your studies, you'll have access to 1-on-1 career advising sessions with the IMBA Career Team. Advising sessions focus on various stages of the MBA career management process, including:

  • Self-Assessment and career development
  • Job search strategies
  • Resume and cover letter review
  • Networking strategies
  • Interviewing skills & mock interviews
  • Job offer evaluation and negotiation
