Please fill out the "Application - Personal Data form" and attach the following documents:
- Application Form - Work data, Education and Expectations (pdf file)
- An Updated Resume
- Sponsorship Letter (pdf file)
Sponsorship consists of three indispensable components: study time, moral support and tuition
- Recommendations (pdf file)
The two letters of recommendation should provide us with information about your management capabilities and your demonstrated leadership. A good choice would be someone in a senior position who had the chance to observe your performance in a professional setting. You are welcome to send your recommender this file, they can fill out the forms, save the file on their personal computer when the name file includes your full name and send it to us by mail.
- Academic Diploma and Record of Studies
Please include an official academic diploma and record of studies document from each university you have attended. Each record of studies document must bear the official seal and signature of the institute. You may submit unofficial copies until you receive the official copies from the respective institutions.
- Honor Code (pdf file)
All participants enrolled in the Kellogg-Recanati Program agree to abide by the Kellogg Honor Code. Please sign the attached form.
- Application fee:
A non-refundable, registration fee of 464 NIS is payable on line here.
Please upload a copy of your credit card statement to the application form.
- Passport Photograph
That will be used to prepare the photo directory of the class and your student ID. Be sure to submit appropriate photograph.
We advise you to apply as soon as you can.. Early application is advisable, since enrollment is limited and qualified applicants are accepted on a first-come basis.
