Conference Venue

The conference will take place at the Coller School of Management.

Dinners will take place at the following locations:

First evening – in the old city of Jaffa

Second evening – in Ramat HaSharon

Last evening – in Jerusalem

Pick up: every day we will have a bus transport from the hotel to the university. Pick up location will be from the outside of the David InterContinental hotel.

Pick up time:

Monday, October 16 at 08:15 for newcomers and 08:45 for all guests;

Tuesday, October 17 at 08:15;

Wednesday, October 18 at 08:15.

Guests who choose to stay in other hotels around the city can also use the conference transport from the corner of Ben Yehuda Street and Gordon Street. 

Pick up time:

Monday, October 16 at 8:55*;

Tuesday, October 17 at 8:25*;

Wednesday, October 18 at 8:25*.

*There may be delays.

Day 3 – most of the day will be spent in the old city of Jerusalem.

Since Ben Gurion airport is located along the highway between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, guests who have flights back home on the last day of the conference will be able to leave straight from Jerusalem. We recommend ordering a taxi by using the Gett app.

The drive from Jerusalem to Ben Gurion airport will take about 40 minutes. Please note that you should arrive at the airport about 3 hours before your flight. We recommend checking out on Monday evening and loading your luggage on the bus on the morning of day 3.
