The School of Management 

The only internationally accredited business school in Israel (AACSB), Tel Aviv University's School of Management is intricately connected to Tel Aviv's startup scene and Israel's economy. The School boasts over 25,000 alumni in top positions throughout the country and abroad, (click here in order to explore the school's Alumni Association), and hosts over 2000 students annually in our array of degree programs. In 2008 the first BGS, (Beta Gamma Sigma - the international honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB International), Israeli Chapter was inaugurated. In 2014 the School was awarded Eduniversal's coveted "5 Palmes of Excellence" award, as well the 11th spot globally for the Top 50 MBA programs for VC-Backed Entrepreneurs by PitchBook, an independent and impartial private equity and venture capital research firm.

The Sofaer International MBA

Designed for international, Israeli and Palestinian students, the average Sofaer IMBA class hosts 44 students from 15 countries.  Most IMBA students begin their studies after 4 years of work experience. The majority speak more than one language, are 28 years old, and have lived and/or worked in more than one country by the time of application.  The program is ideally suited for students wanting to found their own venture, work with startups, or hold innovative roles in large companies.

The Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA

A joint program of the top-rated Kellogg School of Management and Tel Aviv University's School of Management (formally known as Recanati), the Kellogg-Recanati EMBA awards a joint MBA degree from both Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University.  This two-year general management program is designed to meet the needs of mid-career executives preparing for senior management in organizations that operate in the international arena, enhancing the skills and effectiveness of senior executives.

The MBA 

The School's Flagship MBA Program highlights ambitious thinking, ingenuity and perseverance, preparing students to master the challenges and difficulties of modern business life.  The program hosts roughly 1500 students a year and are a select group, meeting rigorous admission criteria and teaching standards. Their GMAT and SAT scores are considered particularly high amongst Israeli students.

Master of Science (MSc) in Management

The MSc in Management trains scholars and professional experts with the tools for academic/applied research and project work in the field of their choice.  Methodology is a core focus of the Program.  Students acquire specialized, field-specific models and methodologies required for carrying out their own research projects.  The Program's three specializations are associated with fundamental aspects of modern business life: organizational behaviorinformation systems & technology, and finance

MBA in Financial Management

The MBA Program in Financial Management prepares for management positions in the financial sector.  Students must have a background in Accounting to be eligible. The Program provides a broad introduction into key business & management fields (organizational behavior, strategy, value creation, marketing), highlighting specific issues related to the financial sector (risk management, financial markets, investment strategies, financial instruments & securities, valuation).

Master of Science (MSc) in Organizational Consulting 

The MSc in Organizational Consulting provides students with professional tools and qualifications to become organizational consultants, assume strategic positions at management teams or specialize in organizational development and HR. The Program's takes a particular focus on change management – the knowledge, skills and know-how required for directing the organizational processes involved. Students acquire an understanding of organizational processes through a diverse curriculum (human behavior in organizations, organizational structure, human resource management, labor relations, organizational development) and fosters an integrative approach, teaching students how to consider problems from both a business and an organizational perspective, taking into account both personal and interpersonal processes.

MBA in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MoTIE)

Designed for entrepreneurially-minded professionals from tech-oriented industries, MoTIE complements the School of Management's core curriculum with a focused education in entrepreneurship, innovation and technological management.  Advanced topics taught largely by industry experts include entrepreneurship in practice, product development in the digital economy, global marketing of consumer products, risk management in the cyber world, R&D management, and design thinking.

Executive MBA

Run in Hebrew, The program is offered to executives holding an undergraduate degree with at least seven years of managerial experience.  The curriculum places a strong emphasis on teamwork with a program framework designed to accommodate the needs of working executives and enable them to pursue their careers while studying.
