Conference on the subject of “Abuse of Monopoly Power”

You are invited to a conference on the subject of “Abuse of Monopoly Power” that will take place at the Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University on Thursday, 30 April 2015 at 8:00-12:00.

The conference continues the tradition of the Antitrust and Regulation Forum of the Eli Hurvitz Institute of Strategic Management at the Faculty of Management, Tel Aviv University.  As usual, the conference will bring to the discussion leading personalities from Antitrust Authority, regulators, academics and experts from the private sector. 

These leading personalities will be challenged to present claims from both sides of the argument surrounding the behavior of those accused of abusing monopoly power and dominant position, through practices such as setting unfair price levels, connecting products, discrimination among customers, blocking competitors, and so on.
