Why did you want to pursue an MBA?
I knew that in order to take the next step in my career, I needed to go back to school for my MBA. I chose the Sofaer IMBA specifically because I wanted to develop my ability to work in English and to build an international network, two 'musts' for any aspiring professional these days. My expectations have been more than surpassed in this regard. Our intimate, small class of students from 16 countries has really become an international family for me and provided me worldwide connections that should last a lifetime.

What has surprised you to-date about your experience in the IMBA?
In addition to the closeness I feel with my classmates, which I wasn't expecting at the onset of the program, the Sofaer IMBA has exposed me to new career options and international opportunities I was previously unaware of. When I started my MBA, I was sure I would return to banking upon graduation.  Now thanks to the exposure I've gained through the program, such as my internship with Nice Systems, I am strongly considering career options in consulting and business development.

What's ahead of you now in your MBA?
I’m on my way to a four-month exchange semester at George Washington University in Washington D.C.  I expect the exchange will expose me to additional international opportunities and networks, while further preparing me for the likely possibility of working in an English-speaking environment post-graduation.
