Dr. Lior Michael Schohat is the HR Strategic Advisor at Discount Bank; Expert-Instructor in Social-Occupational-Organizational Psychology, and a Licensed Psychologist certified by the Israeli Ministry of Health; Senior HR Specialist of the Israeli Society for Human Resource Management, Research and Development; and Master Coach Israel of The Israeli Coaching Association. Dr. Schohat holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Georgia (USA), where he pursued his postdoctoral training as well. A M.Sc. degree in Management and Behavioral sciences – Industrial Psychology from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and a B.A. degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from the University of Haifa. For the past twenty years, Dr. Schohat has been serving as an adjunct faculty, research fellow, and thesis advisor at the School of Political Sciences at the University of Haifa. Additionally, he teaches in the M.A. program of Organizational Behavior & Development of the School of Psychology at IDC (Herzliya). Dr. Schohat is a dedicated and decorated reserve personnel (Master Sargent) of the Department of Behavioral Sciences at the IDF. Having co-founded IDF's Behavioral Science Magazine In Between Venues, Dr. Schochat continues to serve as its Editor-Advisor. Dr. Schohat is a member of numerous professional associations in Israel and abroad and is a frequent author and presenter in professional conferences. As a professional Associate of the Eli Hurvitz Institute, Dr. Schohat is partner to the development, advancement, and documentation of Institute materials.
