The Director of the Institute is Prof. Moshe Zviran
The Henry Crown Institute of Business Research in Israel - HC-IBRI - is a non-profit organization under the academic auspices of the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University, supported by direct sponsorship and donations.
The mission of the HC-IBRI is to facilitate, support and disseminate research pertaining to business administration and to management, with a particular emphasis on issues of relevance to Israel economy and society. The actual research work is carried out under the leadership of senior members of the Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University in conjunction with senior researchers from other institutions, graduate students, and other types of research support personnel.
The HC-IBRI has two main modes of operation:
Assisting Faculty of Management researchers in the application for and administration of research funds from external sources.
Providing direct financial support to research projects initiated by Coller School of Management researchers.
To this effect, the HC-IBRI maintains a small team of part-time staff (Academic Director, Administrative Manager and Research Coordinator) with offices in Room 435 in the Coller Building on the Ramat Aviv campus of Tel Aviv University.
The results of the research carried out within the framework of HC-IBRI are published in eleven thematic series of working papers:
