The Club cordially invites you to a meeting on the subject of the regulatory response to debt arrangements and the credit crisis in Israel. This month we will host Shirel Gutman-Amira, a lawyer and head of the new Corporate Finance Department at the Israel Securities Authority, who will speak about the regulatory response.
Prior to becoming head of the Corporate Finance Department in 2010, Shirel Gutman-Amira held a variety of positions at the Israel Securities Authority. She also teaches at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Faculty of Law.
