Prof. Eden is the Lilly and Alejandro Saltiel Emeritus Professor of Corporate Leadership. He is a fellow of the Academy of Management, of the American Psychological Association, of the Association for Psychological Science, and of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He has served as Associate Editor of Academy of Management Journal and has served or is serving on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Megamot (Israel Social Science Quarterly), Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Organizational Psychology Review. He teaches in the management and organizational behavior program, which he headed for two terms as chairman. He also served as director of Tel Aviv University’s “Top Executive Program” for advanced, nondegree management training. Prof. Eden teaches management and organizationl behavior in EMBA and IMBA programs. He is serving as Research Consultant at Bar-Ilan University and at Sapir Academic College.
