Dr. Dalia Etzion has been with the Faculty of Management, Tel Aviv University since its establishment. She was one of the founders of the Organizational Behavior Program and headed the program during the years 1979-81 and 1988-92. During 1993-1996 she served as Deputy Dean for Student Affairs.
Her current research focuses on respite from work and well being and the crossover of stress and strain between life partners.
Dr. Etzion has held visiting scholar appointments at various U.S. Universities, including MIT, UCLA, UC Irvine and UC Berkeley (Department of Psychology).

Dr. Dalia Etzion is a certified psychologist and authorized trainer of psychologists and supervisors in the areas of social, industrial and organizational psychology. She has served as member of the Ministry of Health's Professional Committee for the Certification of Industrial/ Organizational Psychologists since 1999. As an OD practitioner she consults to various private and public organizations throughout Israel.
Dr. Etzion is a member of SIOP (the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology), the Academy of Management, the Israel Psychological Association, and the American Psychological Association, STAR (Stress and Anxiety Research Society) and IAOD (Israeli Association for Organization Development).
She serves as a consulting editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology, was on the editorial board of Gestalt Review and serves as a reviewer for journals such as Human Relations, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Applied Psychology: An International Review
